El salto del segundo nivel es el que más cuesta: pasar de la precisión técnica a la enseñanza perceptiva. De dar la instrucción correcta a dar la instrucción correcta para esa persona en ese momento.
Se trabaja en que el asana potencie la respiración profunda y el prana en lugar de competir con ellos, en cultivar la atención consciente dentro del movimiento, y en leer la energía individual de cada alumno para adaptar lo que dices sobre la marcha.
Requiere haber hecho el Nivel 1: sin la base técnica, lo perceptivo se queda en intuición.
