What data we collect, what for, how long we keep it and what you can require of us.

What we process

  • Account: email, name if you give one, language, invitation code, sign-up date.
  • Each logged contribution: amount, date of the contribution, the email you used on Artizen, the receipt screenshot, your comment if you write one, and who invited you.
  • Participation: points granted and why, collection pieces obtained, rewards redeemed and their status.
  • Your preferences: language and whether you want window alerts, with the date you accepted.
  • Technical: the IP address a sign-in link was requested from, to detect abuse.

We never ask for bank, card or ID document data. If any appears on your screenshot, cover it before uploading.

Purposes and legal basis

Running your account and giving you access
Performance of the relationship you enter into when signing up (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Verifying your contribution and granting points and pieces
Performance of that same relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Emailing you the outcome of a validation or a redemption
Performance of the relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Service messages, not marketing.
Detecting duplicate or fraudulent entries
Legitimate interest in keeping recognition fair for everyone (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Alerting you when an opportunity window opens
Only if you tick that box (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). It is optional, kept separate from everything else, and you can withdraw it at any time from your details or with the unsubscribe link in every such email. Withdrawing it does not affect your account or your points.
Any other marketing
We send none. If we ever did, we would ask for a new and separate consent.

How long we keep it

  • Account and participation data: while your account is active. On closure we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
  • Receipt screenshots: up to 12 months after validation, then deleted.
  • Sign-in links: expire after 15 minutes and are purged periodically.

Who else can see it

We do not sell or share your data. Only the following have access:

  • our hosting and email provider, processing on our behalf with servers in the European Union;
  • the people at YOGIQ who validate contributions and handle your account;
  • public authorities, where the law requires it.

Artizen receives no data from us. If you contribute there, that relationship is between you and Artizen under their own privacy policy.

We make no international data transfers.

Automated decisions

None. Every contribution is reviewed by a person; the system only calculates, and the calculation is shown before approval.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before.

Write to hola@impulsayogiq.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Screenshots are stored outside the server's public directory and are only reachable with an administrator session. We store no backer passwords because we use none: access is by single-use link.

Minors

This site is intended for adults. Accounts found to belong to minors are deleted.
